Air filters

A common car maintenance mistake is not changing or using not recommended air filter.  (some mechanics like to clean old air filters and refit)

Filters are consumable service items used to remove or clean impurities in the air entering the engine.
Filters need to be as clean form dust, impurities and oil stain as possible in order to work optimally.

Clean filters keep dirt particles and other contaminants from entering your vehicle’s fuel, engine or air conditioning systems.

Symptoms of Dirty Air filters:
  • Poor fuel economy – Rich mixture can gradually cause engine seize or wearing out system components.
  • Loss power – Engine hesitation.
Have your filters changed or cleaned as recommended by your vehicle’s manufacturer, and you’ll be glad you did.
